Sliced some onions and various colors of peppers. For the seasoning I mixed a couple tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (sorry, I don’t really measure when I cook) of chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little salt and then stirred on olive oil until it was marinade consistency. I put the steak in a ziplock with most of the marinade for about an hour then tossed them on the grill with the veggies on the other side. Once the steak was done I rested it for a couple minutes, added a little of the leftover marinade to the veggies, and then combined it all. Wife likes it over rice so that’s what we had today, put it on whatever you like or eat it by itself.
