I keep posting a backpack on marketplace and it keeps turning “not approved” after a short time of being posted. Anyone have any ideas?

Can’t find an option to ask why. Used to you could appeal or ask for a review. Had to do it several times when posting hunting items (not firearm related). Not an option any longer.

Look how you are describing the bag.have had it happen to me couple times. Switched wording around.

no just standard backpack language. tried to keep it generic since i've been warned before. i'm wondering if i'm banned or something.

I’ve run into that before and I haven’t been able to find any rhyme or reason to it. I’ve had best luck using hiking a lot in the description. Interested in what others say.

Try taking the sale amount and for sale language out and say"for discussuon" then say see comments for price and comment on your own post with the price. This keeps them from thinking its a for sale ad, and none of their algorithms will catch it.

Vtbow nailed it. I posted a release with the price, got banned. Deleted the post- reposted "for discussion" and then price in my first comment.

Isn't that what the marketplace is for, to sell things? I'm not a Facebooker so i'm not doubting you, just genuinely curious why you have to do this?

If just posting in a group, not on market place this works well. Also they have algorithms to keep you from selling guns, weapons, etc. Sometime hunting terms can fire off that, and flag it. I don't use it to get around what you can and can't sell, just to keep allowed items from being flagged and banned.

This.
I tried to list my bow case and bow, the same ones that I currently have for sale here, and the same thing happened. I tried appealing, changing the wording, appealing again...no luck. My daughter actually works for FB and all she could tell me was that the algorithms are far too sensitive. It's frustrating when I see all the bow cases and bows for sale on Marketplace.
