Give it lots of time. I blew my first shot with a bow on a doe last year. Straight gut shot. Unfortunately I was not able to recover the deer. It happens.

Gave her 4 hours went in and she was bedded got up and got out she wasn’t bleeding to much and her leg was dangling. I think I broke her lead side leg and clipped the brisket. Sucks

That's tough man. Maybe you can get in there again and put her down. If not, that's part of hunting. Learn what you can and move on. I've lost four deer in my life, two does and the two biggest bucks I've shot, and it sucks every time. But I've learned more from those four deer than any deer I've recovered.

We’ve all made mistakes if we’ve hunted for any length of time. They become learning opportunities to do it better. Stick with it.
