I was sitting this morning on a ridge top hoping to catch a cruising buck. Saw 2 small 4 points cruising early then nothing until about 12 turkeys come scratching my direction. I was being really still to not spook them. I look the other direction and see something slipping through the woods. It was this turkey catcher! He came to my weak side but I was able to push around the tree on my Predator platform for a good gun rest. Dropped in his tracks. we have had terrible turkey survival rates the past few years and I bet this guy and his kind have something to do with it. My cousin traps so he was happy to have some free fur!
