Hello everyone, greetings from Greenville, SC.
I enjoy deer hunting, mostly with a rifle up to this point but really looking to do more bowhunting. I was first introduced to the hunting saddle while reading John Eberhart's books (I am a huge fan of his) and began investigating available saddles. I found G2 Outdoors youtube channel and was hooked. I recently purchased the Aero Hunter Kestrel and am impatiently waiting to receive it. This is completely new to me so I will be scouring the forum for help and information. Really looking forward to picking everyone's brain and learning as much as possible to become a better hunter.

Thanks!

welcome - Charlotte NC here - There are 2 other guys in your area - get yourself on the SH map and you'll see some folks to connect with. I go thru your area on my way to Atlanta periodically. Actually will be in Atlanta Mon-Wed next week. I'm new too - started this year and have the kestrel and wild edge stepps - I'm by no means a pro - only a few hunts in but have learned a lot and already feel comfortable and safer in the saddle.

I'm From greenville too and should be getting a Kestrel soon. I live in the Pelham/85 area. Maybe we can meet up and try to figure stuff out in the new year

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I read about the SaddlePalooza and that would be a great opportunity. I will see if I can make it. BTW G2, keep up the good work on your videos.

@kelly.jayp Thanks, I will definitely check out the map.

@mudminnow I work less than 10 minutes from that area. I live close to where HWY 123 and HWY 25 cross. We will definitely have to get together. There is a guy in my church that owns a tree cutting business, and I will see if maybe he has time one to day to teach us. I will message you my cell number.

Welcome, another SC boy like you, but in Dallas Tx area now. The saddle will change your whole look at hunting out of a tree.

Congrats Sam and you certainly came to the right site as the guys on here are extremely helpful.
