Did a loin on the big green egg tonight. Seasoned and then onto the egg at 300 until it reached 135 internal, pulled it and foil wrapped for about 20-25 minutes while I finished roasting the veggies. Family favorite right there.
The venison shelves in the freezer are starting to get thin, makes me even more antsy for the upcoming season. Probably need more gear to ensure success, off the the classifieds.
