Wanted to give GSM Outdoor a thumbs up on customer service. I had a Muddy product that I heavily modified. I call customer service and explained that the modifications I made in no way cause or was my concern. GSM had me send back the product to evaluate. Never really expected them to replace due to the modifications I made. Today I received a new never opened item. Thanks GSM for standing behind your products.
 
how in the world did you reach them? i call and call and call. i fill out the email form on the website. i have an issue that has been ongoing for over a year, and have yet to get it resolved. they are possibly the worst customer service experience i have ever had. however, i'm glad you were treated right. i hate to see anyone else go through what i have.

Sounds like they have improved. I bent a helium standoff. Called them and the guy didn’t really know what a standoff or tree bracket was. All he would do was offer me a discount on another stick.

I read some of the horror stories is why I posted my experience. I called the contact number and instead of waiting on hold took the call me back option. They called me back and I explained the issue. Next I received an email with a RA # and instructions. Shipping cost of the item was on me. I never heard back for 6 weeks, so I sent an email asked pending status. The email replied that the RA# is converted to an order. In two more weeks the new package was at my door. I too hope others are treated as well as I.
