Guido Mods

Just got a Guidos web. Tried searching for Guido mod threads but all I could find was a bunch of Guido for sale threads.

This thing is super comfy, but there are a few things Im not crazy about. I took the female conections for the legs straps off and put a male and female on there so it could be a belt as ya walk in. Im wondering if anyone has put linemans loops on that belt as well?? Then I could climb with the seat stowed upright.

Also wondering if anyone has any ideas on a different way to stow the seat upright? Im not a fan of the buckles. They make it tough to stow the seat without taking the Guido off.

If you have any mods you did to the Guido please share! I really want this to work for the comfort aspect.

There are some mods here if you search but it may take some time to find them. As far as holding seat upright while climbing.....I haven't seen anything like that but a great idea if someone does! Love the comfort of the web. Hopefully some guys will respond soon. I interested also......thanks for posting!

This is what I've come up with so far to keep seat upright without the buckles. Just a rubber gear tie. Still have to reach behind ya but its easier to reach and work then the buckles, and less bulk/noise.
