Meh. I will use the tarsal from a buck I’ve killer but besides that I don’t anymore. In all the times I ever used it I had one spike follow a scent drag.

I’ve used them in the past. Had a nice buck follow my drag and bust me setting up. He must have crossed my path with me just out of sight. The rest of that season it didn’t help at all. I then didn’t use any for about 4 years. This year I tried some tink’s hot shot #69. I think it spooked more deer than it did any good. I think I will go back to not using any.

Personally I think deer are being educated to both scents and calling.
If estrogen scents are used too early, or too late....as well as grunts or bleats too often. A red light has to come on in their head.
I don't use anything but scouting and hoping to be on their travel route.
