Been thinking about going to the HHA 3 pin slider hybrid sight. I've been using the single pin after getting tired of the confusion using my 7 pin fixed for a few years. I like the single pin but I'm thinking that 3 wont get too busy and it would allow me to shoot out to 40 without adjusting. Any one here use a 3 pin slider? What are your reactions?

I have been using one for over 4 years now. In fact they just starting making the sight again. I upgraded bow this year and got a 3 pin dial kingpin. I set my 3 pins a little different though. I do 20,35, 50. I got my first one off eBay for around $100. I spent much more for my new king pin though.

I use a spot Hogg Tommy Hogg set up with 3 pins at 20, 30, 40. Ive use one pin sights and fixed pins but a 3 pin slider has been my favorite. The 3 pin on a slider also allows me to shoot long range while practicing but reduces the clutter when I'm hunting. As far as I can remember I've never had to take a 40 yard shot around here so 3 pins work great. Another selling point for me was shooting the gap between pins when a deer was at 25 yards or so. It just works better for me
