Hey guys. This is just the forum i was looking for and glad i joined while it is still a tight knit group. Look to do my first post here in a couple days with some saddle hunts we will be doing next week.

My experience in saddles did not start in a hunting context but rather climbing for a tree company. I loved it so much I started buying my own saddles and performed tree work on the side. But one passion(climbing) spun into another (hunting) and so I am here today.

I own two saddles currently:
1.Buckingham Versatile with Bosun (my first love) http://www.sherrilltree.com/ArborMaster-Series-Versatile-Deluxe#.VGAZnfnF9Fo
2. Sherrill Tree EDGE (like this one but for different reasons): http://www.sherrilltree.com/Edge-Harness-by-SherrillTree#.VGAaDfnF9Fo

Also, I am currently building/sewing a custom hunting rig that I look forward to sharing with guys on this forum.

Thanks!
Brennan

Also have done lots of tree work. I never hunted with a work saddle. To stiff to heavy, Not comfy enough. I build my own also.

Hey, that's fantastic! How are the hunting saddles from both you guys coming along? Are you using industrial sewing machines to stitch what i'm assuming is heavy strapping? Can't wait to see the rigs! See you around the forum! Cheers, Kirk

I have a soft spot for IN. I killed my best buck ever in a 5 acre woodlot near Richmond.
