I broke the string on my Hickory Creek mini-inline through my own negligence. I sent it to Jerry, he repaired it the day he got it and sent it back to me the next day. All told, including shipping from MD to MS back to MD, I've been out of commission a week. Awesome service and not at all to be taken for granted during this busy time of year.
