Hip pinch

I know this has been beaten to death, but I'm just starting to sit in my saddle and I'm having hip pinch in my right side when I'm sitting. I'm in a kestrel size 2. Just really seems to he digging in like a mofo.

I've not put in alot of hours as finding a climbing method had been a nightmare for me and the tree in my backyard is crooked as a snake but I found a spot on the back that's flat and I can set up 1 foot off the ground and kinda fiddle around with a set up.

Other then the hip pinch the saddle feels great and I will split the season between it and my climber and go full time saddle next season.

Any tips on hip pinch alleviation? My search function is not working for some reason.

Hip pinch is a normal thing it let’s you know you are connected. However, you should be in pain from it.
 
I have no experience in anything besides the mantis but as others have said I would probably shorten bridge and lower tether height. Tether first and then the bridge later if necessary. Besides that loosen the belt and slide the whole saddle down a bit.

If it’s a stock rope bridge from aero just re tie the bridge at different lengths & see how it feels
Its not the stock bridge and I can adjust the length easy.

Not sure if this will help or not but I find adjusting where on the bridge loops my bridge is pulling has a big impact on comfort level.

Sliding the whole saddle down a bit helped me. Basically sitting on the belt is most comfortable.
 
Sitting or leaning. There's a lot less hip pinch when you lean. Also, you'll get less pinch if you lengthen your bridge and or tether, not shorten it. Cheers
I don’t know about the longer bridge part, because I have good luck with a really short bridge and my prusik at forehead level. Comfort is personal so you may find the length helps you. I will 100% agree about leaning though. 0 hip pinch for me as I lean exclusively, almost 0 when I sit but there’s a tiny bit.
