I'm sorry that I have been away so much lately guys. Between starting my new job in January, studying for my board certification exam (I passed :D ), and life I have just not had much time to post. I only got a few scouting trips in this year and did not get out turkey hunting once. Fortunately my sacrifices have paid off. I'm back, and I might have to live vicariously through you guys for much of this season because...

my wife and I are expecting a baby girl on October 24th! There will be lots of pink camo in my future :thumbup:

I'm looking forward to this holiday weekend to try and finally relax a little. Prior to my busy schedule I was tweaking my hunting system throughout last season and I plan on fine tuning that and sharing. I also have a couple ideas that got put on the back burner. Hopefully they work out and I can share them.
 
Huge congrats on the little one! My wife and I have a little girl that will turn 2 in sept. They really are a lot of fun and they grow up quickly!
 
Welcome back! Congrats on the PINK CAMO ! Been there...my little girl is 28 and married (he did tree work before joining the army so he is ok with me). Best of luck to you and your family.
 
Welcome back, Red. Congrats on the little girl. Your life is about to get flipped upside down and it will sometimes be maddening but it's all worth it. My little girl is 4 now - I agree with the other guys - it happens fast!!!

Red Congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy children are a wonderful blessing and I'm sure she will be the apple of your eye, pink camo and all! Also great news of the job and passing your certification I wish you the best. Who knows maybe we can sneak you out for a couple of quick hunts before the big day!

Roger, we would probably have better luck getting a hunt in late season. I don't expect to get out much before the due date. Hoping to get out a little bit during the rut at least and then after.
