My small property doesn't normally summer any bucks over 2 1/2 years old. But sometime in October I'll begin to see older deer showing up.
It's been very dry here for 5 weeks so this one came in to the water tank. Usually the older bucks won't come up to it, only does and small bucks. I guess if it's dry enough they decide it's worth the risk.
