This is a very very simple recipe to impress the guests. Warm oven to broil at 425. Cook time is 10-12 min. depending on oven or if done on grill.
1/2 bar ie 4 oz of cream cheese
4 oz of cheddar (or favorite) shredded
6-8 slices of bacon
Take 10 jalapeños split in two and take out the seeds and and white membrane.
Warm the cream cheese ie 30 seconds on high will do in the microwave.
Mix the cream cheese and your cheese of choice with the bacon (crumbled) and thoroughly blend.
Fill the halves of the jalapeños.
Place on a greased baking sheet. I just use Pam.
Cook and serve.
