Not really liking the stock Bridge. What runner or webbing are people using? I like a shorter bridge.

Tied tubular webbing moves a bit smoother than a sling. But it’s not adjustable (you have to buy a different sling). I’ve been bouncing back and forth between the original rope and tubular webbing (experimenting with length)

Dug out a old runner hanging around and feels better. It's about 10" shorter then stock.

If you find a length that works for you, your're good. A lot of us tinker too much for that though!
You can girth hitch it to one side and use a carabiner on the other end. A nice thing is that you can keep a few different lengths on there ready to go. Comes in handy when you want a shorter bridge for climbing or rappel.

My Kestrel arrived yesterday. That figure eight takes up a lot of bridge length. I retied it much smaller and closer to the saddle loop, and set a ropeman to help determine the right length. It's much better but the figure eight knot and loop still seem too long. 24" to 26" length should be about right. About the same as my Evo setup.

I just retied it to 24" total length.
I left the ropeman and biner on the bridge last night to hunt to help dial in length. For hunting and it was way too much clutter.
Tying is probably the better plan. Maybe leave it a little long to retie for adjustment.
I'm thinking a different type rope or webbing for bridge might help as well.

Only major benefit of an adjustable bridge is observed during SRT
