Looking for Knot suggestions

Prusik, klemheist, Distel.....there’s actually quite a few of them. Do a google search for friction hitch. I am using the klemheist and really like it (always used the prusik in the past). Experimenting with the different types is important. Rope diameter, finish, stiffness and a range of other factors determine how your cordage interacts with the rope. Same goes for these factors with the cordage.

My first instinct would be a fisherman's knot but I've never done a fixed rope bridge. New Tribe sent theirs with a figure 8 on an bight and they certainly know their way around gravity.
 
I would probably use fisherman's knots on mine. Used it for years as my DRT terminal knot before getting a spliced rope. Never on issue. Leave the tail a little long until used several times to set the knots firmly, then trim and burn the ends. Next best thing to a spliced bridge. Vety little bulk.
 
I’d use the Figure 8 on a bite with that rope. I personally like the loop around the Sit Drag handle so the bridge can float to where it needs to. I think a double fisherman’s would cinch up and constrict the SD handles.

I ran same knot on my SD this year. I used the figure 8 and worked great.
