Looking for suggestions on Hawk Heliums

I currently have been running the Hawk helium sticks with a steel daisy chain, and when I wrap them up after I’m done, I hate how the rope goes around all the metal. I have put stealth tape on it, but still the a steel gets caught between the folding steps. I want to put something maybe over the bolt head on the front so I can wrap the rope around it and the versa button so it is two smooth surfaces. I thought about 3d printing something, but then I would have to design it and all that, so wondering if there is something already out there, or someone has came up with a better solution. Thanks.

Stealth strips, and just don’t pinch it in the folding steps is my only advice.

I wrap mine around the standoffs, don’t have any pinching in the steps at all. They sit in a garage now though after learning the 1 stick method.

Like above ^^ I wrap around the standoffs but added a loop of shock cord on the end and it straddles a standoff leg to keep the line tight.

i am using a 20in hawk that I cut down to 16in added a platform on top and a three step web aider.
