I don’t have any Tethrd gear yet but when an owner responds with product replacement warranty in 7 minutes! That speaks volumes about the company and how they care about customers. I will have a predator platform before next season.

Seriously it's nice to have a one of the few saddle company's stand behind their gear, I would expect nothing less from @Erniepower and @g2outdoors , makes me think I should buy something from them but I have too many other items on my wish list, CZ 452(thanks @Nutterbuster), large game rifle, CC pistol, dirt bike, another quad for the kids, a new bow, shotgun, welder, rock sliders, lift kit, winch, roll cage, etc.. the list goes on forever, unfortunately

That’s what I’ve been waiting to see right there (a big ol foot on a predator, not a broken predator). I just can’t see there being enough room for my size 14’s.

And, of course, good on them for making it right, but who thought they wouldn’t? I think customer service is generally a lot better across the board than folks give it credit for.
