Not good. I would contact them first and see if they'll take care of you.

That sucks, but sounds like Ernie is gonna make things right.

Thanks Ernie!

This and the Mantis have been awesome.

You guys rock!!

I had a a small issue with something. Not safety related. Also completely my responsibility. Needless to say they went far beyond what I thought was required or satisfactory. A+++

Dude, how much Turkey did you eat? Maybe hit the treadmill a bit and lay off the carbs? :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

Seriously it's nice to have a one of the few saddle company's stand behind their gear, I would expect nothing less from @Erniepower and @g2outdoors , makes me think I should buy something from them but I have too many other items on my wish list, CZ 452(thanks @Nutterbuster), large game rifle, CC pistol, dirt bike, another quad for the kids, a new bow, shotgun, welder, rock sliders, lift kit, winch, roll cage, etc.. the list goes on forever, unfortunately:blush:

I've been very happy with Tetrhd products and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase saddle hunting gear.

That’s what I’ve been waiting to see right there (a big ol foot on a predator, not a broken predator). I just can’t see there being enough room for my size 14’s.

And, of course, good on them for making it right, but who thought they wouldn’t? I think customer service is generally a lot better across the board than folks give it credit for.
