Louisiana guys or any blood tracking dog guys out there?

So for many years now i have been wanting to get me a blood tracking dog but i also know that it is a big undertaking. This coming spring looks like i could finally devote the time and effort into a new dog. I really like the Catahoula Leopard dogs and am all ears to any info on the breed, reputable breeders, trainers etc. I have done the online research but just curious about any of you guys first hand experience with the breed. Thanks
