Making Venison Bologna

Honestly, my first reaction was WHY? But that looked pretty good. Looked delicious. I could see that with crackers and cheese on game day, between bread and mustard in the lunch box, fried with eggs, chunked up in some ramen and so on. Man I'm hungry now! Thanks for sharing.
