Moultie Camera Error - Looking for Advice

Attached are photos of the Moultie Camera along with the error that is shown when I put the battery pack into the camera. The camera is set to off when I enter the battery, however, a digital bar appears on the top half of the screen. The camera lens will start clicking like its taking photos after about 30 seconds. I cannot access the digital menu that should appear.

Is this even worth trying to fix? Has anyone experienced this before?
