My 1st platform build.

It was the old style lonewolf seat I had after replacing it with the larger seat. Glad I saved the old seat!
 
Nice man! Looks very similar to mine. I ended up having to put another strap on the seat to cam it over so it could handle enough side pressure to satisfy me.
 
Yes I did, and I ended up having to move the top strap up a little bc it kept pulling the top bracket away from the tree when I would cam down the seat.
 
A word of caution if you go that route though.....it doesn't take much cam tension to snap that style of tree standoff.
