I have been keeping an eye out for a good deal on one. I have ATV/Cart access to my hunting property directly from my house but, I have always felt like I was letting every deer on the property know when I showed up in the truck or the ATV. This way I can sneak in with a lot less noise.

My son and I added the crossbow racks last evening, next is the lift kit, bigger tires and of course the camo paint job.

Any recommendations from guys/gals who have converted one of these for off road?

I am new to saddle hunting but, I think I am supposed to blame buying this on g2, right?

Cool. I used to hunt on a property where riding ATV's in was like announcing on a bull horn that hunters were coming. They had become very aware of hunters patterns and 4 wheelers = danger. Go in on foot (or electric cart) with no other ATV activity and it was like a completely different property.

That's what I am hoping. The deer tend to bed towards the front of the property which is were we have to enter. We park the 4 wheeler or the truck as soon as we enter the property and walk the rest of the way but, I know that we are alerting deer to our presence. The way the property lays they can't see us so I am hoping if they can't hear us it will make a difference.

maybe a cheap winch and building out the golf bag step in the back in order to strap a deer to it

The way my buddies and I used to drive em/where our balls usually were, Id say they are offroad as is. Suspension and tires would at least quiet it down more and be a softer ride

The winch is a good idea that I hadn't thought of yet. These things obviously aren't 4 wheel drive so a winch may come in handy. I also plan on adding an led light bar to the front. As far as strapping a deer to the back it already has an aluminum bed that you cant see in the pic.

Bahahahah I’m no G2! Huck has convinced me to buy a few high priced items! Well I’m not sure convinced is the right word but encouraged me!

I gave up that game many years ago. I found that when I was so bad that I expected every shot to be a bad shot and got excited when I made a good shot, golf was fun.

When I started getting good enough that I expected to make good shots and got upset when I made a bad shot, golf wasn't fun anymore.

(By the way good shot/bad shot are relative terms, by good shot I mean actually stayed in the fairway.)
