Been creeping for awhile. I very much appreciate the wealth of information here.

I hunt a decent amount of Central Florida public land (Live in Lakeland) and have a lease in Washington County, GA also.

Will be my first year doing the saddle thing. I bought a JX3 and an ESS to start. Mainly just trying to reduce bulk and weight for running and gunning on public land hunts.

Anyways, figured I'd introduce myself.

We don’t take kindly to Floridians around these parts :tearsofjoy:

welcome from miami dade. new to saddle hunting myself, I'm doing a one stick setup for run and gun on public as well. primarily big cypress for me against good judgement probably.

Yeah. I've driven for 5 1/2 hours before to go moose hunting "up north" but was still well within our borders.
Daang. My company US HQ is in Westbrook, ME I’ve been there a couple times for training, beautiful state, damn shame about the winters lol

One of the big reasons I live on the coast is that the winters are usually much milder here than up north. Your talking 100's of miles difference here and there are many storms each winter that are rain where I am but drop 2 ft. of snow on northern Maine. Native Mainer but not a snow lover by any means lol.
