Just wanted to say hello I'm new to the forum. Got a saddle style treestand in October and has totally changed me!

I got a saddle too. And then another and then another and then another and then some steps and then some more steps and the some rope and more rope and then a garage full of gadgets and pouches and carabiners and straps and buckles. Welcome to the forum! And more importantly, welcome to Saddle-mania ;)
 
Don't forget the endless saddle related projects you will need to find time to complete guys ;)

Agreed. That being said, you can get by on a DIY saddle and platform combo on the cheap.
