Started packing my sticks in on the back of my backpack and thought I would share since I couldn’t find it done on another thread. Sort of like a frame pack now but have the heliums side by side bungeed to the predator and then used the straps on the pack backwards to secure it to the pack.

Keeps them from getting hit with brush and making noise when going through tight areas. Knee pad over the top to make it comfortable on the back. 200FA92C-F25C-4981-9D7D-FB1874727904.jpeg0D78AF67-1F73-435F-8D22-984E9E579ACF.jpeg

I tried something similar a few years back w lone wolf stick they ate me up.... but the heliums may work better

I like where your head's at. Sticks definitely need to be closest to your back if your packing stuff. I cut the pack off of a cheapo internal frame pack last night to start experimenting with.

Good call. Ideally you’d be able to get the sticks off without taking the pack off, but in the winter with the coat in the bag makes it too bulky to put them on the outside.
