I took and modified this recipie from Wild and Whole. Did a straight pan sear instead of finishing in the oven. Deglazed with white wine and added some capers. It was juicy and tender and so good! My wife (who is not a fan of wild game) even liked it and requested I kill more turkeys than deer moving forward.

Looks good. I need to show this to my wife. She saw me butchering my turkey and didn't want anything to do with it after that :)
 
That looks amazing. I cut mine into nugget sized bites and marinade for a day in buttermilk and hot sauce, then use salt, pepper and bread crumbs and deep fry but your looks much healthier lol

That's the key, never let the wife see the butchering. I think my wife would become a vegetarian if she saw the butchering. I can only let her see the final product of "normal" meat.
 
Man, that looks awesome. I usually do all the dirty work, but it doesn't bother my wife to see it. She is usually the cook. I'll have to show her this.
