Bought this awesome platform post from huntingbob on here and got to thinking if I used the cleats off

one of my muddy pro climbing sticks they would all package up nicely so. I sacrificed a stick so now am running a petzl 5 step aider three sticks and my platform

I have some extra muddy tree brackets laying around I parted out some cheapo Muddy sticks. If you need a couple shoot me a PM.

Can you get your platform tight enough with those? I’m using the same brackets I cannot seem to get it right enough I’m afraid I’m about to break them? I can see them flex and when I stand on the platform the top come away from the tree.

With Cammy in the seat down with the strap it seems to get super tight no issues
