Pull rope for rappel line……other than DynaGlide

Dynaglide is probably the worst option, but definitely the lightest. I prefer paracord or tying a mid-line knot in my climbing line so it has a long enough leg to retrieve from the ground

550 paracord for me. I bought a 1000' spool to help a buddy hang halloween decorations a couple years ago so I just use it for everything. Pull up rope, pull down rope, now a gear hanger, etc.

I use my Doyle's. let my weapon down with end of rappel line, attach Doyle's, it plays out as I rappel down, pull rope when I get down. Easy peasy and doesn't tangle. No need to wrap up one more cord at the base of the tree.

I use my dog leash to pull up my bow/rifle then. On the way down I attach the dog leash to the delta link on my rappel line and use the end of the rappel line to lower my bow/rifle.
