Do you Bowhunting.com in the rain? I was planning on hunting Monday but the forecast is rain. The only reason I don’t like to hunt in the rain is I’m afraid of losing a deer. I use feathers also but I can switch to canes.

Depends on how hard it’s going to rain. If it’s not going to pour out I will hunt. I actually like a light drizzle for getting the deer moving. One of Fred Bears rules for hunting was: rain isn’t a reason to stop hunting, it’s a reason to go hunting. All that being said, I am very particular about the shots I will take when bow hunting with rain falling or in the forecast.
