Rechargeable lithium batteries?

I'm tired of my cams going dead when turned off (yea, you read that right). The exodus team attributes that to known reliability issues with energizer lithium batteries that past few years.

Elb sells some but I'm not sure how they'd perform in cell cams. https://www.eblofficial.com/collections/aa-aaa-batteries/products/aa-li-ion-rechargeable-batteries

Any of you fine folks use these or similar?

So... I read this post a while back and came back to it to see if you or anyone else had any experience with these rechargeable lithium batteries. looks promising from the website.

Has anyone gone this route?

Im not a fan of their lithium packs at all. Terrible Quality control leads to wildly different results from pack to pack.
I bought 4 last season. Two have been spectacular. Like 1500 pics ands hundreds and hundreds of 15 second videos and when I puled them, they were down to about 40%. Another pack had about 800 pics and no vids and that went down to 50 % when I pulled it. Finally I had one in a cam that was in a poor setup and location. Had had about 300 pics after 3 months and went down all the way to 30%. Pitiful.

Theyd be worth the money if they were consistent.

Are you talking rechargeable lithiums in general or brand specific packs?

Oh read too quick I thought we were talking about packs and not batteries. I have no experience with rechargeable batteries.

In regards to Energizer Lithium AAs, those are the holy Grail and unequaled champ of battery life. But only a millionaire can run them nowadays
