Saddle setup

I got my saddle setup ready to try out tomorrow. I’m going to start at ground level and slowly work my way up.
How did it go?...I want to order the same set up and start saddle hunting...I like to hear what novices think because I am a novice myself

At ground level it was a lot of fun I used the platform about a foot off the ground. It was comfortable the micro adjust really seemed to help keep it wear i thought was comfortable. It really is safe I even flipped upside down. Then I busted out the sticks and climbed up to about 18 feet. I didn’t get crazy with shooting or anything just wanted to hang out for about 45 minutes. It is different than a treestand but I think with some more tree time this will be my new method of hunting

The whole setup is a bit pricey I have about $600 in the saddle and $150 in the steps. I just took off my rope mods and started using the versa straps they are really nice and lightweight. I feel like I’m pushing the Tethrd products. With the research I did Tethrd seem to stand out to me. So far so good. I’m sure other companies have good equipment too.

I have heard rumors of Tethrd releasing a new saddle you may want to wait and see what that’s all about.
