I placed an order for a package of Simmons Safari Sharks and they arrived today. :)
I'll do a little honing on the edges with a leather strop and they should be good to go. :cool:

I ordered the KME Type "C" sharpener, from Innovative Outdoor Products and have been very pleased with the results. I also ordered a pair of diamond and ceramic rods, to get the mirror polished edge that I like on all broadheads. :cool: I can't wait to launch them out of my ILF longbow, towards a deer, this fall.
 
A quality sharpening steel was the biggest breakthrough I had with sharpening those heads. Often times, it's all you need.

I shoot the older glue on version of those and they fly very well. Haven't put one through a deer yet, but I expect them to work very well.
