So a question for the taxadermist on here. If there are any. I had a deer that was euro mounted and let's just say the skull got smashed......(dogs, and kids had a hand in it). Anyway. Can you do a shoulder mount without the skull or skull plate? Thanks

Yes there is a bracket they sell for shed antlers or sometimes you can use bondo and screws. Shouldn’t be a problem.

Thanks I appreciate it. So I just go to the taxidermist with the antlers and say can you shoulder mount this. I would have to buy a cape from them also.

Correct. Going to be some additional cost but it shouldn’t be a problem. Might have to wait till fall for a cape though.
