I originally came up this idea for my guidos web. I hate the way that gear is carried on that stand. Especially when putting my winter clothes in the center portion. I hate the way that the back support bows out when you put stuff in it. It makes it impossible to wear comfortably as a back pack. It is a molle gear panel that can be used as a compression pad to hold your clothes to the back of the seat. Then by adding molle pouches you can put gear on the pad. When you get to your tree, you can then use the same straps to attach the pad with your pouches to the tree. The pictures below are from my prototype. I ordered 25 pieces of this through a local sewing house during Christmas, and they should be here any day now. They also come with an extra set of latches on loops so the wrap can be attached to any climbing stand like a lone wolf and operate in the same fashion. I wanted to take some better pictures last night so you will have to bear with what I have right now.

Also note, the real ones have black straps instead of green. I used some old webbing I had laying around to make the prototype.

I figured by using the molle loops, you can add whatever pouches you want. For me the pouches were a bonus. Being able to pack my incinerator gear was the bigger goal

Yeah. That is nice. For all the weight and contraptions on the Web, I agree it is not set up well for carrying.

last year, I about threw the thing out of the tree after wrestling for 20 minutes to get my bow holder out of the center back pocket when I needed an extra one that I hadn't planned ahead and put in a front pocket. I have one or two or 50 molle pouches laying around so I could pimp this thing out nicely.

I think I've decided to use this shoulder pack for my tree pack.
I bought the tree pouch thing from sportsman guide, and maybe I'll use it, but this pack might work better. I'm gonna try to get back into a tree this weekend, if I get outta work early enough.

It has a shoulder strap and waist strap, so I think it might work well in a tree

Not sure exactly, but it's plenty for what I carry into tree.
The dimensions are 14x12x5 and it has one full length zipper pocket, and front and back pockets high and low.
I got it on eBay for less than $20.
