Using 1" Webbing and Cam Buckle for Tether?

I’m new here(as of today) and am still thinking through how I’m going to set up my sit drag. It seems like a lone wolf strap wouldn’t be a great choice for a tether from what y’all have said, but what about a custom cam-buckle strap from this place..

It seems like all the weigh ratings would be sufficient? But then again I dont have any saddle experience yet.

There are much better options out there. Search for the ropeman 1 and use that with some 10-11mm climbing rope such as Samson predator.
