Package of rigitoni noodles
Pepperoni slices (1 bag)
Pound of ground version
1 block of mozz cheese
Pizza sauce
Optional sausage, peppers other favorite pizza toppings
Boil noddles to soft, brown meat and combine in a large bowl, add pizza suace and other options..combine until mixed
shred cheese and set aside
In large casserole dish lay noodle mixture into dish and spread even, add cheese to top covering entire dish, place pepperoni on top cheese until dish is again covered.
Place in oven at 425 until cheese is melted. Remove and enjoy. It's super simple but always a favorite in my house.
