I know this isn't necessarily saddle related. Is it possible to put a versa button on an M7 to get rid of the bracket that goes on the tree? It would definitely save weight and eliminate noise ratcheting it to the tree. I'm trying to cut as much weight and noise as i can. Would i need two buttons similar to a lonewolf, and would amsteel daisychain or daisy chain webbing be better for stand attachment. I will also be replacing the straps and buckles on my climbing sticks. I'm new to all this and any help will be appreciated.

Google it and ul get some good info

I know I found a bunch of millennium mod threads online when I was thinking about modding one

Most were in archery talk site I think

There were threads on versa buttons/batwing combos, making adjustable leveling, etc

I use the bracket and a Lonewolf strap for hang and hunt. On presets I use the chain bracket cut the chain to 2 links and use a hook ratcheting strap. I also use a cam buckle on the bottom pull it close to snug and when I cam the stand down it's solid.

thanks yall. Cotehex i do the same on my presets as well.
