Yeah, me too. I must be doing something that makes it more annoying. Anyhow, found an easy fix so we’re good.

Here’s a pic of the improved zipper pull I added. Also shows the sewn zipper mod.

I recently bought some wild edge steps from a member on the forum, but did not include a bag.

I’ll have to look into the cheap backpack from Walmart. Anyone else use a different bag.

Yeah those are pretty lightweight looking zippers. Zippers and seams are the weak links on sewn products. Look at the zippers Kifaru uses on their packs. Bomber. With the growing popularity of WE steps, maybe it is time for Andrew to solicit some feedback on improvements.

BTW, I noticed Wild Edge is saying 8-12 weeks for delivery. Is that always 8-12 weeks or are they restocking and the actual time for delivery may be shorter? Anyone know?
 
It’s usually in stock. I don’t know if it’s the knaider/swaider or all the new saddle hunters. We use to call it the saddlehunter effect.

No it's normally quick turn around 1 week but I believe they sold out and are waiting for the next production run. If you need some I have 2 X sets of 5 I'm selling. Bought new in August each with its own bag. One has all 6ft ropes and the other 3 6 ft ropes and 2 8 ft ropes. They where used to hunt with twice. Ropes are stretched just not my cup of tea. I paid $107.00 including shipping. I'll sell for $100.00 each setTYD pay pal friends and family. Or sell both sets shipped for $185.00. Depending on where you are you'll have them in 3-5 days. If interested pm me.
