My wife is going to visit family this weekend and I've got the green light to stay home and hunt all weekend.
Here's my dilemma:
1. I'm in Northern VA and have a good amount of options for hunting whitetails, I can even hunt on Sunday (private land of a guy from work). I can also hunt tight turkey in VA.
2. I could also make a trip to MD for some Sika hunting, currently on the bucket list, would need a full weekend to make the effort worth it. Only draw back, other than not having a clue about hunting Sika is the cost. Just the non-resident license is 130. I would probably camp but it still wouldn't be free.
3. I could head to PA and hunt at my parents. Deer are much bigger than in VA, I can hunt bear and turkey, but I can't hunt on Sunday.
What do you guys think? Its good to have options!
