First off im a rookie lol. But after 6 days with my mantis saddle just a few things I’ve learned. I had alot of questions about saddle’s in general as most new people do. So first I’m 5-10 weight 197 36 inch waist. I ordered a large fits good. I live in southern wva start of season is usually warm 75/80 then by December can get pretty cold. There is plenty of adjustment in the leg and waist straps for more clothes. Second I got the micro adjusters ( free gift ) there ok. In my opinion I would get more used from the free sys bag. Also the leg straps have 2 different hook up points the lower ones work better for me. Not as much pinch ( in the grion area ). Next first day 1 hooked up at ground level. It’s definitely different than a treestand. But I like the idea. Then I put 2 stew in steps in about 1ft up. Not really comfortable. So I went to a different tree next day. Playing around with teather hight. Not a good experience that day at all. So next day I took a old small portable hung it about 3 ft up on a tree. ( platform not arrived yet ). Made a huge difference got my teather hight just right (forehead.) thing is very comfortable now. Been shooting my bow out of it last few days only one shot wasn’t happy with. Also using knee pads ( no cry ) amazon 20$. Once my platform gets here my going to move up the tree 5 ft. At a time ( i Hunt about 20 ft. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ❤️

Thanks for the info. Waiting for my mine to arrive. Gonna be like Christmas morning when it arrives! Daisy chaining some amsteel for my hawk sticks to pass the time.:)
