I'm the Managing Partner of Ruffed Outdoors LLC. We're a camouflage pattern design and development group also dabbling in apparel, soft goods and hard goods. We founded the company as sophomores in college, and we've now reached the point in our lives where marriages, kids and other career pursuits are taking over. So, we're looking to sell our patterns outright, as well as some of our other products. I've included the text of our press release below. Don't be afraid to reach out for more information!

The past six years have provided an incredibly rewarding and enlightening experience. Upon founding Ruffed Outdoors in March 2013, we did not anticipate, nor did we even think about, what the next six years would look like for us on personal and professional levels. As all ventures do, ours began with a crazy idea and a passion. We dove-in without hesitation; we started our company as four best friends, and we consider it a success that we’ve reached this point in the same situation. That, in itself, is something we hang our hats on.
Our young company completed a successful crowd-sourcing campaign via Kickstarter in the fall of 2013. We raised over $18,500, allowing us to source our first order of camouflage apparel, accessories and other goods. We are still incredibly grateful for the support we received from our family, friends and community during that campaign, and that support has continued throughout the life of the company. We cannot thank all of our supporters enough. Since then, we’ve acquired licensees, copyrighted a total of six different camouflage patterns, and designed and developed the Arrow Vault. We’ve also exhibited or held meetings at three Archery Trade Association trade shows, and we’ve been able to bend the ears of, and sit across the table from, some of the most respected brands and manufacturers in the industry.
However, we’ve all reached an age where life tends to pull people multiple directions. Our personal and professional lives are requiring more and more of our attention, and we’re very blessed for that. But, it has become more challenging to dedicate the amount of time and effort required to maintain the success of Ruffed Outdoors. So, after a lot of thought, we’ve decided to begin looking for a buyer for the assets of Ruffed Outdoors. We’re asking our supporters for one last favor. If you, or someone you know, might be interested in owning a respected outdoor company, one or more camouflage patterns, or the intellectual property rights to the Arrow Vault, please reach out to us via social media, or contact Torin Miller at (814) 574-8469 or tmiller9492@gmail.com.
