So I've done some looking this morning. Buying the same rope as the new tribe bridge the yale bandit can only be done in 120'+ lengths
If we did a group buy including 9 mm prussic we could all have 15' ropes for a great price.
150/15 = 10 ropes ...$12 + prussic + 1/10 of original shipping + flat rate box to your door.
I haven't run actual numbers but I'm guessing we would be looking at roughly $35 or less for a 15' tree tether of real climbing rope. If i can get enough interest I'll do the buy and build all the ropes. This would be a one shot deal. If i find there's not enough interest and have to sit on rope selling one by one they would have to be more as I'd have money sitting unused in lots of rope.
Done as a one shot group you're not paying me for the time to build them or ship them. I need 10 guys before I can think of making this happen. This is to gage intrest at this point.
