Well glad you guys posted on the new saddle. I’m a little disheartened that I was left out of the emails as I bought two Kestrel’s last year and an Evo in15. I’m gona go check it out and maybe warm up my buy now finger.

Very tough decision for me personally. I really like the QD buckle. Whether I put the saddle in at the car and wear it or pack it in not having to struggle to get my size 13 boots through it is a big bonus. I’ll wait until I hear how quick/easy the new waist strap is before committing.

Just ordered mine. Looking forward to putting it head to head with the Mantis. No loyalties here, I am just going to use whichever I like best. I was rooting for a streamlined buckle that wouldn't clank so I'm thinking the Mestral has the early lead.

I ordered mine last night. I also told them I was a little butt hurt they didn’t include me in their mailing list on the new saddle after already buying three saddles from them. I found out on here it was out.
I think a lot of people have gotten butt hurt over this.
I’ve said it before on here as things grow so do attitude’s. With progress things change and the small community this site started as is growing by leaps and bounds. And with it so is saddle hunting.
