Both!!! The areas along the Flint are more of the standard wetlands type areas with no chance of development. The Chattahoochee stuff is a bit of everything because some of my spots are literally in the city limits of Atlanta. Therefore I am hunting white and red oak acorn ridges where they bottom out along the river and ultimately become cane break and privet tunnels for miles along the river banks. Ultimate funnel scenarios.Let's talk more about this river hunting. Flat bottom land I'm assuming?
