Lol! You're all my favorite! But @Appalachia said he'd put me on a thunder chicken. That moved him up a notch or two on the FHB meter.

I want to come down and do a backcountry hunting trip with you. We have both been talking about it, and I don't know when we can make it happen, but lets do that someday!

Low to no carbs. Run three days a week and then once a week I run up hills with a pack and 25lb. sand bag inside. I do push-ups and sit-ups every day increasing my number each week. I do this from March through the beginning of hunting season. I pretty much stay active enough in the hunting season to keep the weight off and makeup for my running. I have gone from 204 to 178 in the last year. And reversed my type 2 diabetes.

Here's my WOD from Saturday. Sunday, I went for a 4 mile fells run with a 20# pack to do some post season scouting and some pre-turkey....and get some cardio.

Nearest decent gym is 35 minutes from home so home gym for me. Trying to do 3 times a week these days but I'm playing on the wrong side of the basement (remodel). 5 times a week is my favorite. I have weight to lose and gainz to make. Another night in the office regardless. Most of my cardio is in the woods or Tabata. I'm thinking of picking up a fan bike soon.

Damn BassBoys....you got some $$$ sunk into that. :) nice setup. Mine is a little more down n dirty...lol

Kettle bells, mace bells, 7' oly bar with deep dish & bumper plates, pull up bar, rings, homemade landmine, weight sled, Bulgarian bag... some times, when the weather is good I throw a bunch of stuff in my SUV, and workout at lunch behind the office.

Nice. I've been wanting to pick up some macebells for a while now. Although, I have more toys than I have energy to play with my current setup.

Last piece of equipment I picked up was a Viking Press attachment from Black Widow Training Gear. It's a fun add on if you like getting more out of your landmine. American made quality.

I got a bit of mess going on right now framing it all in. I should have did that first. At least I'm getting stuff off the floor.

@BassBoysLLP Macebells are a blast. but you gotta have the ceiling height to exploit them fully. my garage has a 15' ceiling, my basement doesn't (7.5') so its either in the garage or outside.

you'd laugh if you saw my landmine....lol...its literally the frame and bearing from a 4" caster with the wheel removed and a 2" ID pvc pipe bolted in its place. but hey, it works..... :)

I already deal with that already. My basement has higher ceilings, but I still take it outside or the garage if I want to do any jerk work.

I don't laugh at your landmine setup. My old landmine setup was an old tennis shoe in the corner. Like a good work bench at home, you accumulate good tools with time.

I started with a 10x12 space filled with cheap but functional chinese equipment and it's grown over the last 5 years to what it is today.

Today it is expanded to 16x24 lined with 16 stall mats with no more room to grow Carrying 16 stall mats downstairs was a bit of an adventure. Each one is like wrestling a 100 lb burrito. That could be an exercise on its own. I was spent.

I have been doing KETO and IF since August. my results:

weight: started at 237 - today 203
body fat from 27% to 16% two weeks ago
Blood pressure from 140s/high 80s to 114/74 this morning
I am off my CPAP
I no longer get migraines and allergy medication not needed
just about off synthrex
I lift three times a week and do cardio (HIIT, Tabata 2 x a week)
Daily walking

My ultimate goal is to be 180 by Hunting season - cannot even imagine how easier hunting will be at that weight..... cant wait to find out!

Awesome results! It is amazing what altering your lifestyle can lead to.
This part sounds amazing to me...I've been working to alter my diet to help with this.
