    Sewing tubular webbing for aider

Curious about how to stitch an aider together out of tubular webbing. I have a speedy stitcher and am looking for recommendations on what thread to use, what stitch to use and also the strongest stitching configuration. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Give me more info on SRT

Is the figure 8 just for descent back up? I can use my stick as an emergency descent device if so. I am looking for a redundant fail safe from falling. For example running a prussic or tying a figure 8 knot through the carabiner on my bridge? Is this even a valid concern? Sent from my...

Give me more info on SRT

Please forgive my ignorance, what does ATC stand for? I just received a safeguard and have only used it at safe heights. I feel really confident but would like to have a non-mechanical backup. I will be one sticking up, and rappel down. I have never had any formal rappel classes, but have...

    Mad Rock Safeguard Tips

Pulled the trigger on the oplux and safeguard. I’m going to incorporate the one stick method and rappel after the hunt. I plan on using the safeguard from the time my feet leave the ground. Is there any tips in general I need to know? How safe is this? Should I have a backup while hunting...

Thanks I’m looking back into my photos. Just want to make sure, is the safeguard adjusted on the tether during the climb and the sit like a kong or ropeman? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Saddlepalooza demo question... The one stick method demo has me curious. I’m looking into incorporating this in my hunts. Was the kong duck used to rappel? I’ve tried researching this and have not seen anyone using it other than an ascender. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I called the game wardens office and was told as long as the weapon was legal for small game it was ok. However my question was more for being able to carry two weapons bow/pistol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Upgrade your Tethrd Mantis into a Tethrd Phantom (Amsteel prussik bridge)

Agree 100%, but I got the mantis for Christmas and noticed some discomfort. Wasn’t about to buy a new saddle when the phantom was released. If you’re in the market for a saddle, go with the phantom. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Upgrade your Tethrd Mantis into a Tethrd Phantom (Amsteel prussik bridge)

Yeah using 1” tubular webbing and 7/16” static rope cut at about 1/2” lengths. There is another post on here where I started by using zip ties holding it together. And then someone turned me onto the speedy stitcher! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Upgrade your Tethrd Mantis into a Tethrd Phantom (Amsteel prussik bridge)

Great job! The biggest thing that perked my interest was the adjustments on the bridge loops. I modified mine see pic below.... Really improves my comfort. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
