That's what I use and they work great.I used this one and have picked up a couple just like it, but different brand. They are cheap and easy to adjust.

It takes a picture every 5 seconds for 10 days straight? That's a ton of picturesI understand the height limitations with proximity triggered cameras. What I use are time lapse (Day 10) cameras set for 5 sec. intervals. With these at 20’ it gives a broader field of view with no trigger issues.
My older one is good for 7 days. The newer one is good for up to 4 months. Yes, lots of pictures, it takes a while to view them but the software allows fast forward and another feature that stops on movement as it runs through them. The new one also has a “delay start” feature. You can set the camera in place and program for it to start up to 45 days in the future. It takes a picture every 5 seconds for 10 days straight? I put my Browning trail cameras about 12 feet up on video mode and it works great for me.I understand the height limitations with proximity triggered cameras. those look awesome
What time lapse camera do you recommend? I'd like to get 3-4 and set them nice and high on a few roads and pipelines. My older one is good for 7 days. The newer one is good for up to 4 months. They can be programmed to begin at daylight and stop at dark and set from 5 sec. to any interval one wishes. Also it can be set to run only at certain times during each day.
Yep! That's what I use
Blt348 posted this last year. Best way to attach the camera to the tree I find. Sure beats that $10 cost also...
I made several of these. Slicker than goose poop.
